Bridget is a criminal defense and civil litigation attorney with over a decade of courtroom experience. Her practice focuses on the representation of individuals and businesses charged with state and federal crimes. She is a skilled advocate and has tried cases to jury verdicts in state and federal courts.
Bridget came to Boise Matthews Donegan from a boutique commercial litigation firm, where she specialized in securities and business litigation. Her background with complex civil matters uniquely positions her to advise and advocate for people facing government investigation or prosecution in white-collar and corporate matters.
Prior to her civil practice, Bridget was a judicial clerk for a justice on the Oregon Supreme Court. She graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School.

Represented investors in $17 million class action to recover losses from unlawful sales of real-estate investments under the Oregon Securities Law
Won jury verdict for the seller of a home accused of fraud and consumer law violations by the purchaser
Represented over 100 investors who lost more than $38 million in a Ponzi scheme, pursuing claims in state court, private arbitration, and FINRA arbitration
Won $1 million jury verdict for a business broker whose former client had refused to pay his commission on a successful sale
Won jury verdict for small business owner being deprived of profit shares by former partner
Won jury verdict for property owners, quieting title to their land and successfully defending a neighbor’s adverse possession claim
Achieved favorable settlement in LLC dissolution and valuation dispute, then won court order enforcing settlement terms after other party refused to follow through
Achieved favorable settlement for property owners in timber trespass claims, compensating them for unlawfully removed trees and damage to their property
