Bridget has over a decade of courtroom experience, representing individuals and businesses in complex litigation. She has tried cases to jury verdicts in state and federal courts and has been recognized by her peers as a “Rising Star” from 2015 to 2020. She was included in the 2020 edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for her work in securities litigation. Bridget is a skilled trial advocate

In 2021, Bridget joined Boise Matthews. Her practice continues to include clients who find themselves in securities and business disputes and has expanded to include those who find themselves at odds with the government in criminal and administrative proceedings. Bridget’s experience preparing and handling complex civil matters from intake through trial uniquely positions her to handle investigations instigated by the government, however they might unfold.

Bridget graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School and went on to clerk for Justice Virginia L. Linder of the Oregon Supreme Court. She has served on the Oregon State Bar Uniform Civil Jury Instruction Committee and several committees for the Multnomah Bar Association.

Bridget brings a deep curiosity to her clients and their cases. Grounded in her clients’ goals and priorities, she is a strategic, pragmatic advocate.

Won jury verdict for property owners, quieting title to their land and successfully defending a neighbor’s adverse possession claim

Achieved favorable settlement in LLC dissolution and valuation dispute, then won court order enforcing settlement terms after other party refused to follow through

Achieved favorable settlement for property owners in timber trespass claims, compensating them for unlawfully removed trees and damage to their property
